Terms of Service

1. Services Provided 
   The services provided by Ousman Ramadhan/Ledgit Pictures Photography are subject to availability and are offered on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to conflicts of schedule or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Creative License  
   As a creative professional, Ousman Ramadhan/Ledgit Pictures Photography reserves the right to use artistic discretion when photographing and editing images. The client acknowledges that the final images will reflect the photographer’s personal style, including but not limited to lighting, composition, and color adjustments.

3. Copyright and Licensing  
   All images and videos produced by Ousman Ramadhan/Ledgit Pictures Photography are the exclusive property of Bakari Ousman Photography. Clients are granted non-commercial, personal usage rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the images is prohibited.

4. Delivery of Work  
   Final edited images and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, typically within 4-6 weeks. Ousman Ramadhan/Ledgit Pictures Photography is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers (such as hosting platforms or printers). Unedited images or raw files will not be provided unless explicitly agreed upon.

5. Liability 
Ousman Ramadhan/Ledgit Pictures Photography is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the photography session, whether at the client’s location or at an event venue. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their chosen locations and venues are safe and suitable for photography.  
   In the event of equipment failure, technical problems, or any other issue that prevents the delivery of the agreed-upon services, the liability of Bakari Ousman Photography is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.

6. Privacy and Use of Images
   By booking services with Ousman Ramadhan/Ledgit Pictures Photography, the client consents to the use of their images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and print materials. If the client wishes to opt-out of this, they must provide a written request prior to the session or event.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
   All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled session or event. In the event of cancellation within 30 days, the client will be liable for 50% of the total package cost. In cases of rescheduling due to force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances), we will work with the client to find an alternative date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

8. Force Majeure 
  Ousman Ramadhan/Ledgit Pictures Photography is not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.

9. Amendments  
   These Terms of Service are subject to change without notice. The most current version of the terms will apply to all current and future bookings.
